Speed to lead

Five seconds, not five hours.

Bludge rings every new inquiry the moment it lands, in a natural American voice, asks your qualifying questions and books the appointment into your calendar. The lead is still on your page when the phone goes.

  • Says it's an AI in the first sentence of every call.
  • Only calls inside US calling hours, in the lead's own time zone.

Why speed wins

Five minutes decides it.

100×

the odds of reaching a lead when the first call goes out inside five minutes rather than thirty. An odds ratio, not a plain likelihood.

21×

the odds of qualifying that same lead inside that same five-minute window, in the same dataset.

42 hrs

the average time a business took to respond to a web inquiry, among those that replied at all within 30 days, in an audit of 2,241 US companies. By then, most leads have moved on.

The first two figures come from one study with one commercial sponsor, and they are odds rather than plain likelihood. We quote them as what they are. The 42-hour figure is from the separate audit above, and describes how long businesses take rather than how quickly we answer.

What it is measured against

Your own cost per lead.

This page has no figure for what a lead costs, because we do not know what yours cost and any number we printed would be somebody else's. You know yours. Take last month's ad spend, divide it by the inquiries it produced, and that is the number this page is really about.

Whatever it is, you have already spent it by the time the form is submitted. It is spent whether the callback goes out in five seconds or on Tuesday afternoon. The only variable left is how many of those inquiries are still reachable when somebody finally rings.

That is a different sum from the one on the receptionist page, where the comparison is an answering bill. Same product, different arithmetic.

Getting the inquiries in

Three ways, and none of them need a developer.

Pick one to start. You can add the others later without changing anything you have already set up.

A form for your websitePaste one line of code, or email it to your web person. There is a hosted version too, if you would rather not touch the site.
Your CRMActiveCampaign, HubSpot or Zoho send each new contact across as it arrives.
A spreadsheetUpload a CSV. Anything older than 90 days is skipped, and it tells you how many.

There is a fourth for anyone who would rather post the lead themselves, as JSON with a key. The endpoints, in full

Can I hear it call me?

Be the lead for two minutes.

Type your cell phone number. Ashley will ring you within a few seconds, introduce herself as an AI, and take you through the same short call your leads would get.

  • About two minutes, and you can hang up whenever you like.
  • Nothing to install and no account to make.
  • Interrupt her. That's the point.

Call me now

One call, about two minutes. Ashley introduces herself as an AI and takes you through the same call your leads would get.

You'll get one automated call at this number, and nothing else unless you ask.
