How do the costs compare?
Zoho One licenses every employee or selected users. Bludge gives you a quote for your business. It covers setup, ongoing service and usage, and there is no fee per user.
Can I use my AI assistant with both?
Yes. Zoho lets a connected assistant use its apps within their request limits. In Bludge, your assistant works within your access and approval rules, and makes the changes you ask for. It never acts on its own, and you can ask for a draft to review first.
Does Zoho One answer the phone?
Not on its own. Zoho Voice is a separate product, or you connect a phone provider through Zoho Telephony. Bludge answers routine calls, checks availability and takes bookings, and passes other calls to your team with a call record.
Can a small business set up Zoho One without a partner?
You arrange who sets it up and makes later changes. Bludge includes setup, support and later changes in your quote, and our team makes the changes.
